Adam Katzenell - Realtor

Adam Katzenell brings a unique set of skills to the real estate industry. After having spent the majority of his career working as a strategic planner, financial planner and auditor, and sales director for Fortune 500 home builders, he gained inside knowledge of new construction and land development.

Adam underwrote some of the largest land deals in Maryland for the nation’s most profitable big builder resulting in over a half a billion dollars in land acquisitions. In late 2013, he became a Maryland Realtor® with Keller Williams. Applying his new home construction knowledge to the residential real estate market, he sold homes for builders in record time, putting him in the top 10% of MLS sales within his first 18 months (Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors).

Adam also holds a Principal role in a consulting company that serves the nation’s largest builders. The company scores the final quality of over 60,000 new homes per year throughout the Central and Eastern U.S. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Maryland Realtor.
